Hi, I'm Hoai Nam Le.
I enjoy building practical systems that make work and life simpler, from digital transformation in business to small personal tools powered by AI. Over the years, I have worked at the intersection of operations, technology, and people, turning ideas into systems that actually work.
Founder-style profile
A personal brand shaped by operations, technology, and the human side of building systems.
About snapshot
For many years I have worked in the quick service restaurant industry, helping teams grow while exploring how technology can improve real operational problems.
Rather than focusing only on strategy, I enjoy building actual tools and systems that people can use every day.

Career journey
This is not a resume timeline. It is a simple view of how the work has evolved over time.

Many problems at work are not people problems. They are system problems.
Beyond work
Outside of work, endurance sports, music, and technology are all part of how I think, reset, and stay curious.
Long-distance running helps me reset mentally and build discipline. It is also where many ideas quietly take shape.
Cycling is both exploration and endurance. It gives me a different rhythm of thinking.
Music shapes atmosphere. I am particularly interested in how sound influences environments like restaurants and public spaces.
Technology is not just a profession for me, it is a constant playground for curiosity and experimentation.
