Projects
Selected projects built around real operational needs.
These projects sit at the intersection of business, operations, and technology. The common thread is simple: build systems that people can actually use.
Featured work
Each project starts with a practical problem and ends with a more usable system.

QSC Audit App
Restaurant quality audits were manual and fragmented, making it difficult to track patterns, analyze issues, and maintain consistency across stores.
Designed and built a multi-platform digital audit system (Web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) using Flutter and Supabase. The app standardizes quality checks with structured scoring, real-time reporting dashboards, notification workflows, and OPS action plans — giving teams clear visibility and faster issue resolution across all stores.

TrueLens
As AI-generated images become increasingly realistic, it is harder for people to distinguish authentic content from synthetic media, creating trust and verification challenges.
Built a proof-of-concept application that analyzes images and returns a trust score indicating the likelihood of AI generation. The system uses Flutter Web for the frontend, FastAPI for the backend, and Supabase for data storage — with plans for mobile expansion and multi-format scanning (text, URL, video).

AI Music Portal for Restaurants
In-store music is often static and disconnected from brand identity or time-of-day atmosphere.
Developed a system for generating and managing AI-created music playlists tailored to different restaurant environments and moments of the day.
